Peppermint Bark

     Peppermint Bark is probably one of the easiest treats one can make for the holidays. It is pretty, festive, and is made up of just three ingredients: semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate, and crushed candy canes. The whole process only takes about 10 minutes to make and another hour to harden.
Crushed candy canes;
I put the canes in a freezer bag and kept dropping the bag on the floor
until the pieces were the size I wanted.
The melted semi-sweet chocolate, smoothed out on a piece of foil.
The melted white chocolate, carefully smoothed on top of the semi-sweet.
Be careful not to press down too hard or the two colors will swirl together.

The finished product;
Once you spinkle the crushed peppermints on top, press them down VERY lightly
so that they will stick to the white chocolate.
