and smoothed themselves over the base layer of cookie dough.
     One of my favorite candies is the Hershey’s Bliss White Chocolate with a Meltaway Center. If you’ve never tried one before, I encourage you to do so. Several weeks ago I was making some of my white chocolate cookies when the idea came to me to add a Bliss candy to the center. The result was astonishingly awesome and wonderfully white chocolatey. The Bliss candy melts slightly as the dough bakes, leaving a soft white chocolate interior. I call them “Triple White Chocolate” cookies because they consist of white chocolate instant pudding mix, white chocolate chips, and a white chocolate Bliss center. I guess I could have also called them Blissful Cookies, because just one bite makes me really happy! 🙂
Triple White Chocolate Bliss Pudding Cookies

Serves: 36
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 small package white chocolate instant pudding
  • 1&1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2&1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 bag Hershey's Bliss white chocolate candies, unwrapped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the eggs and mix well.
  3. Stir in the flour and baking soda, mixing well. Stir in the M&M's.
  4. Drop by two tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Flatten dough slightly between hands and place a Bliss candy in the center. Fold edges over the top so that the candy is completely covered.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks.
