White Chip Oreo Cream Pudding Cookies

White Chip Oreo Cream Cookies
I love experimenting with my mom’s pudding chip cookies. This is because no matter how much I switch up the pudding and chips, they always end up tasting great.
For my White Chip Oreo Cream Cookies, I used a small box of the instant Oreo cookies and cream pudding mix and white chocolate chips. After stirring the dough together, I thought it was a bit lacking on the Oreo part, so I chopped up 4 small packs of Oreo cookies. This left me with the perfect amount of Oreo taste versus white chocolate, and a quickly-disappearing treat.
