There has been a slew house of hidden Oreo cookies traveling around the internet. I have yet to see one incorporating white chocolate cookies, so here we go. Using dough for my white chocolate chip cookies, I simply stuck an Oreo inside. After baking, the white chocolate cookie stayed soft and cake-like while the Oreo kept its same texture as well. I think they taste best warm out of the oven while the Oreo center is soft and melty, but I’ll let you decide.

Serves: 36
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 small package white chocolate instant pudding
  • 1&1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2&1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the eggs and mix well.
  3. Stir in the flour and baking soda, mixing well. Stir in the M&M's.
  4. Drop by two tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Flatten dough slightly between hands and place an Oreo cookie in the center. Fold edges over the top so that the oreo cookie is completely covered.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks.
