Giant Triple White Chocolate Double Vanilla Pudding Cookies

Giant Triple White Chocolate Vanilla Bean Cookies
This cookie is definitely on my top 5 favorite cookie list. I have made this recipe with several different sizes of scoops…1 tablespoon, 3 tablespoon, and 1/4 cup. Generally, the smaller your cookie the crispier it will be. Personally, I love a cookie that is a bit doughy in the center, which is what you get with a 3 tablespoon or 1/4 cup sized scoop.
Instant white chocolate pudding gives a beautiful backdrop flavor to these cookies. I used two different kinds of white chocolate chips: Guittard (which is purer and more smooth) and Ghiradelli (which has a stronger flavor and harder texture). These chips permeate every centimeter of this rich and delectable delight. In order to give the cookies an extra punch of vanilla flavor, I scraped a large vanilla bean into the batter in addition to the vanilla extract. Pure heaven.

  1. How am I just finding this website now?! White chocolate is my absolute favorite. I am going to make everything on the blog.

Can I issue a challenge? I have a whole bunch of Lindt white chocolate balls and would love to bake something with them rather than just gobbling them all up. Any ideas?

    You are bookmarked!

  2. Love cookies, and these cookies look like I need one….Andi
