White Chip Milk Chocolate Pudding Cookies

3 tablespoon scoops of cookie dough
cooling on wire racks
moist, chocolatey goodness

Ever have a craving for brownies but don’t want to wait for them to cool in the pan? Then here is a wonderful recipe for you. I used instant milk chocolate pudding mix in my mom’s pudding chip cookies, all brown sugar for a rich note, and white chocolate chips as a wonderful contrast to the chocolatey background. These cookies are soft, rich, and reminiscent of a sweet cake brownie. Yum.
