National White Chocolate Day & White Chocolate Covered Oreos

Happy National White Chocolate Day! Yes, it really is a designated holiday. Even a CNN correspondent wrote an article about it here.
What better way to celebrate National White Chocolate Day than with white chocolate covered Oreos?! They are far better than the ones you can buy in the store, let alone far less expensive to make.
Don’t have Oreos in the house? Then why not try one of the plethora of recipes on my site. Leave me a comment below to let me know which one you made!
My sister-in-law gave me this awesome Wilton Chocolate Pro melter for Christmas last year.
I no longer use microwaves or saucepans to melt my chocolate. It only took me one use to be converted!
