Sweet & Salty White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sweet & Salty White Chocolate Chip Cookies
I used a three tablespoon capacity scoop to measure out the dough.
These cookies are crisp on the edges and chewy in the centers.

I am frequently trying out different white chocolate chip cookie recipes. It amazes me how one or two little changes to a recipe can alter the whole nuance of the treat. For these cookies, I used vanilla sugar, vanilla bean, and coarse sea salt. The extra vanilla added a stronger sweet flavor, while the coarse sea salt (in lieu of table salt) gave a stronger saliferous backdrop.
