Chocolate Fudge M&M Pudding Cookies

Here is yet another pudding chip recipe in my long experimentation of cookies. I used a package of chocolate fudge instant pudding mix and stirred in two cups of miniature M&M’s for this version. If you like milk chocolate, then beware…they are a milk chocolate lover’s dream.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 small package instant chocolate fudge pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2&1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 12 oz. bag miniature M&M's
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Stir well.
  2. Add the eggs and stir well.
  3. Mix in the flour and baking soda.
  4. Fold in the M&M's.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake for 8 minutes or until cookies are set around edges. Let cool on wire rack.
