White Chocolate Dark Penuche Bars

White Chocolate Dark Penuche Bars

Last year I posted a recipe for white chocolate penuche bars. Those bars were a hit with family members, so I decided to make them again with a twist. I used all DARK brown sugar this time, amping up that penuche flavor. These bars were absolutely decadent, full of that brown sugar essence many of us have grown to love. If you are one of those people (like my mom and myself) who find themselves eating raw brown sugar off a spoon, then I would definitely try out this recipe. 🙂
