White Chocolate M&M Oreos

I have made white chocolate covered Oreos in the past, topping them with a generous helping of sprinkles. This time making them, I wanted to do something different and used miniature M&M’s. There isn’t much to say about these cookies, other than they are incredibly rich and delicious. The white chocolate is the perfect contrast to the Oreo cookie, and the miniature M&M’s take the whole package over the edge. They were so good in fact, I packed most of them up for my parents’ house so I wasn’t tempted to finish them off by myself!

  • 1 (2 lb.) bag white chocolate wafers
  • 2 packages of double stuffed Oreos
  • 1 12 oz. bag miniature M&M's
  1. Using a Wilton melting pot, melt the wafers on the "melt" setting. Set to "warm" when mixture is smooth. Add food coloring as desired.
  2. One at a time, dip each Oreo into the melted white chocolate using a fork. Flip over to cover other side. Shake off excess chocolate and immediately place on waxed-lined baking sheet. Generously sprinkle miniature M&M's on top.
  3. Add more chocolate wafers as necessary, setting unit to "melt" and then again to "warm" when mixture is smooth.
  4. Let set in fridge 15 minutes.
