White Chocolate Orange Creamsicle Cake Pudding Cookies

There are three unique ingredients in these pudding cookies that make them extra special and delicious. First, vanilla bean paste is used in place of vanilla extract. Those extra microscopic speckles add the perfect touch of vanilla to the cookie dough. Second, the addition of two Duncan Hines orange creme frosting packets pack an extra orange punch of flavor. Third, one extra egg makes these cookies extra fluffy with a cake-like texture.
The best way to describe these cookies is that they taste like an orange creamsicle ice cream bar made into a cake baked into a cookie. Delish!
