I call these pudding cookies “Ultimate Oreo” because they are loaded with hints of our favorite Nabisco cookie. They have Oreo cookies and cream pudding mix, vanilla and almond extracts, chopped Oreos, and two kinds of chocolate chips (milk and white). Just one bite gives you that ultimate Oreo experience, in a cookie made up of a cookie.
Ultimate Oreo Cream Pudding Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package instant Oreo cookies and cream pudding
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
2 large eggs
2&1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
12 Oreo cookies, finely chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
2. Add the eggs and stir well.
3. Mix in the flour and baking soda.
4. Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake for 8 minutes or until cookies are set around edges. Let cool on wire rack.

SOO good. You know me and pudding cookies!
Yes! And I just love discovering what you have come up with too!
I haven’t tried cookies with pudding in them but keep seeing recipes. These are on my list to try! They look delicious!
Thanks! Pudding cookies are my all-time favorite…My mom has been making them for my dad for almost 40 years. I grew up with them as a child, have tried dozens of cookie recipes…But I believe nothing compares to pudding chip.
