Ultimate Oreo Cream Pudding Cookies

IMG_1930
I call these pudding cookies “Ultimate Oreo” because they are loaded with hints of our favorite Nabisco cookie. They have Oreo cookies and cream pudding mix, vanilla and almond extracts, chopped Oreos, and two kinds of chocolate chips (milk and white). Just one bite gives you that ultimate Oreo experience, in a cookie made up of a cookie. :)

  2. I haven’t tried cookies with pudding in them but keep seeing recipes. These are on my list to try! They look delicious!

    • Thanks! Pudding cookies are my all-time favorite…My mom has been making them for my dad for almost 40 years. I grew up with them as a child, have tried dozens of cookie recipes…But I believe nothing compares to pudding chip. :)

  3. I want to try these but do you take the cream from between the oreos out or leave them in?
