Cookie Dough Truffle Brownies

One of my favorite recipes is for Paula Deen’s cookie dough truffles. I decided to switch things up a bit; instead of making truffles out of the cookie dough, I used the cookie dough itself as a topping for my favorite brownies. (This brownie recipe comes from my grandmother and is the perfect blend of fudgy and cakey). The cookie dough truffle topping is sweet and a nice change from regular frosting.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
