Double Chocolate Oreo Pudding Cookies

I have created my fair share of Oreo themed cookies in the past: fudgy cream white chocolate Oreo cookies, Mega Stuf Oreo pudding cookies, Oreo stuffed M&M cookies and cream pudding cookies, ultimate Oreo cream pudding cookies, white chip Oreo cream pudding cookies, and white chocolate Oreo surprise pudding cookies. Each cookie, although similar in many ways, has a unique attribute that makes it distinctive from its cousins. These double chocolate Oreo pudding cookies are no exception. The “double” in their name comes from the instant chocolate pudding mix in the base and the white chocolate chips dotted throughout the dough. (Although, technically, they are triple chocolate because they have crunchy chunks of Oreo cookies inside as well). Whatever you call them, these chocolate beauties are an Oreo lover’s dream.
