  • 1 (1 lb.) bag butter snap pretzels
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag white chocolate wafers
  • 1 small jar red, white, and blue sprinkles
  1. Empty the bag of pretzels into a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a small bowl, according to instructions on the bag.
  3. Pour the melted wafers over the pretzels, stirring carefully with a rubber spatula to prevent breakage. Once the pretzels have all been well covered in the white chocolate, pour the jar of sprinkles in the bowl, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Dump the prepared pretzels onto a pan lined with silpat (or parchment paper). Smooth out into a single layer as well as possible. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the pretzels from the refrigerator before the chocolate hardens completely. Separate the pretzels that got stuck together, and replace on pan. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes or until hardened completely.
These pretzels can be stored in an airtight container on the shelf. They can also be stored in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from melting on a humid day.
