- 6 cups diced watermelon
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- In a blender, puree the watermelon, sugar, and lime juice. Mixture should be smooth.
- Transfer to a metal 9"x13" cake pan. Freeze for three hours, stirring with the back of a fork once every hour until ready.
- To serve, flake vigorously with a fork to form icy flakes.
