Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta

I am always on the look-out for new slow cooker recipes, especially ones with skinless boneless chicken breasts. This recipe is perfect for bacon and ranch dressing lovers, but utilizes Greek yogurt to cut out fat and calories.

Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (7 oz.) container 2% fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 (0.4 oz.) pkgs. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 (3 oz.) container Hormel Real Bacon Bits (3/4 cup)
  • 2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
  • ----------------
  • 3 cups cellentani noodles (or pasta of choice), boiled for 13 minutes
Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, Ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, and pepper in the slow cooker. Add the bacon bits and whisk until incorporated.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, flipping to coat both sides.
  4. Cook for 5 hours on LOW heat.
  5. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and stir. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat.
